Il breve filmato segue la vicenda dell’incontro/scontro tra un uomo e una donna all’interno di una struttura abbandonata. Il viaggio del protagonista maschile verso l’edificio dove si trova la donna è narrato non solo dalle immagini crude di paesaggi devastati ma anche dai pensieri dell’uomo riguardo alla profonda solitudine di quel cammino e dell’essere gettati “Geworfenheit “ in un tempo e in un luogo non scelti.

Il cortometraggio è un’ allegoria del trauma della nascita.

L’uomo, sentendo il bisogno e il dovere di uscire dall’utero rappresentato dalla tenda, si ritrova catapultato in un mondo completamente ostile dove regna una profonda solitudine.

La prima parte del cortometraggio è ambientata nella notte. L’oscurità evoca l’ignoto e il pericolo. Tutto ciò che sfugge al controllo dell’io: il regno dell’inconscio e delle profondità della psiche umana. E’ l’inizio del percorso di individuazione.

La donna che appare nel racconto è una presenza femminile che, nella mente del regista, evoca una figura materna con la quale il protagonista deve fare i conti in una relazione di amore e di odio che termina in un ricongiungimento grazie all’accettazione, di fatto, del loro essere qui. Il personaggio principale, poi, continua per la sua strada con la speranza di instaurare altre relazioni che gli permettano di superare il senso di vuoto e di pericolo del mondo esterno.

Il monologo finale del video è al mattino poiché ilsorgere del sole simboleggia l’emergere della luce sulla tenebra. La coscienza si espande e portachiarezza dove prima c’era l’oscurità dell’inconscio ed avviene la razionalizzazione di ciò che è accaduto nella notte.

Il mattino, infatti, è il momento in cui si può riflettere sui sogni, che Jung considerava “messaggi dell’inconscio”, sinceri e potenti, non ingannatori, che rivelano la nostra verità interiore.

The short film follows the encounter/clash between a man and a woman inside an abandoned building. The male protagonist’s journey to the building where the woman is held is narrated not only by the stark images of devastated landscapes but also by the man’s thoughts about the profound loneliness of that journey and of being cast, “Geworfenheit,” into an unchosen time and place.
The short film is an allegory of the trauma of birth.
The man, feeling the need and duty to leave the womb represented by the tent, finds himself catapulted into a completely hostile world where profound loneliness reigns.
The first part of the short film is set at night. The darkness evokes the unknown and danger. Everything that escapes the control of the ego: the realm of the unconscious and the depths of the human psyche. It is the beginning of the journey of individuation.

The woman who appears in the story is a feminine presence who, in the director’s mind, evokes a maternal figure with whom the protagonist must reckon in a love-hate relationship that ends in a reunion thanks to the de facto acceptance of their being here. The main character then continues on his path with the hope of establishing other relationships that will allow him to overcome the sense of emptiness and danger of the outside world.

The video’s final monologue is set in the morning, as the rising sun symbolizes the emergence of light over darkness. Consciousness expands and brings clarity where previously there was the darkness of the unconscious, and the rationalization of what happened during the night occurs.
The morning, in fact, is the time when one can reflect on dreams, which Jung considered “messages from the unconscious”—simple and powerful, not deceptive, but revealing our inner truth.
