 Ingegnere di formazione classica, ha conseguito un dottorato di ricerca in Informatica ed è da sempre appassionato di metodi formali per la progettazione di sistemi complessi. Ha iniziato la propria carriera in Olivetti ed è uno dei fondatori storici di Mathema (1987). Ha collaborato per oltre trenta anni con il Ministero degli Affari Esteri e con il Ministero dell’Interno in materia di voto degli Italiani all’Estero. Si è occupato di Intelligenza Artificiale, per la prima volta, nel 1990, durante il dottorato. Da allora ha sviluppato una passione che lo ha portato a occuparsi a tempo pieno di Intelligenza Artificiale sia come progettista che come autore di “AI Artwork” con MathemArt.
 A classically trained engineer, he holds a PhD in Computer Science and has always been passionate about formal methods for designing complex systems. He began his career at Olivetti and is one of the founding members of Mathema (1987). He has collaborated for over thirty years with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of the Interior on voting rights for Italians abroad. He first became interested in Artificial Intelligence in 1990, during his PhD. Since then, he has developed a passion that has led him to work full-time on Artificial Intelligence, both as a designer and as an AI Artwork creator with MathemArt.
